Art Together

Animation by Harlo Martens

In response to the temporary closure of our exhibition and artmaking spaces, Surrey Art Gallery presents Art Together, a series of online programs that explore art and artists in the community, spark the imagination, and celebrate the ways that art can impact our lives.

Although the Surrey Arts Centre is temporarily closed, Surrey Art Gallery is open online. Visit us virtually on this page, follow us on Facebook and Instagram, and subscribe to our YouTube channel. We will update these pages regularly with even more ways to experience the Gallery from home.

Art in Conversation

Learn more through live event discussions and talks, interviews with local and nationally-based artists, virtual tours of art exhibitions, and other behind-the-scenes features on the artworks which move us.

Art in Motion

Be inspired by artists and educators South of the Fraser and beyond to create art at home! Try out our video-based lessons in a range of mediums, as well as our phone and live event activites, and learning guides.

Art from the Archives

Explore the wealth of stories, artworks, and ideas that have shaped the Gallery, from essays about works in the permanent collection to teacher guides and recordings of past events and performances.
