Notice of 2019 Annual Municipal Report

Submit Comments by June 26

Pursuant to Section 98 of the Community Charter, S.B.C. 2003, c. 26, the Council of the City of Surrey will consider the 2019 Annual Municipal Report at the virtual meeting of Monday, June 29, 2020, commencing at 7:00 p.m.

The 2019 Annual Municipal Report is available online, or a copy is available for public inspection, by appointment only, at the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, Monday through Friday between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm. To make an appointment to view the Report, please email clerks@surrey.ca or phone (604) 591-4132.

The public is provided an opportunity to submit comments and questions to Council regarding the 2019 Annual Municipal Report in writing to the City Clerk via email clerks@surrey.ca, fax at (604) 501-7578 or by mail to City Hall, 13450 - 104 Avenue, Surrey, BC, V3T 1V8, prior to 4:30 pm, Friday, June 26, 2020.

You may also participate in the virtual public meeting by pre-registering to speak online, beginning Monday June 29, 2020 at noon.
