2.            PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT

In consideration of the City issuing a competitive solicitation to a potential Proponent and the City potentially disclosing confidential information to a potential Proponent related to and/or for purposes of the competitive solicitation the potential Proponent is required to complete the City’s attached Attachment 1 [Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement].  This Attachment 1 [Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement] must be executed by a signatory with the authority to bind each member of the Proponent’s team, and for clarity such signatory may be different than the Proponent’s representative(s).

This RFP will only be issued to potential Proponents who have requested, received and signed the City’s Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement and that Proposals received from Proponents who have not submitted the Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement from the City will not be considered.
